1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, websites, or SDKs provided by SynapTrace Labs Inc. ("SynapTrace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Developer Alpha Status & Service Availability

The service is currently provided in an early-stage Developer Alpha capacity. The software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for high uptime and data integrity, features and APIs may evolve as we iterate with early engineering teams.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the SynapTrace platform or SDKs to:

• Interfere with, overburden, or disrupt our trace ingestion networks.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or illegal material through telemetry attributes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary collector components or breach security controls.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your application code, proprietary agent logic, and data. SynapTrace retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, SDK interfaces, visual dashboards, and trademarks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynapTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
